WSG Kitchen & Bath believes in well-designed beautiful kitchens and bathrooms that won’t break the bank.

We have a wide variety of cabinet lines available to meet every budget. We will help you pick products that are timeless and functional. Remodeling a kitchen or bathroom will add value to your home and our kitchen and bathroom remodelers are here and ready to help you make all those big decisions.

1. Introduction to WSG Kitchen & Bath

Showroom Visit – No appointment needed

Visit WSG Kitchen & Bath’s beautiful showrooms for an introduction to our products for your kitchen and bath projects. Be inspired by creative design. We will establish an overview of the project including preliminary budget range and timeline.

2. Showroom Consultation

Scheduled Appointment

This meeting will focus on learning more about each other. The client will learn more about the showroom, products, and design process. Project scope and budget will be broadly discussed. Bring all questions and ideas! The primary goal is to ensure a good fit between client and designer. At the end of this meeting, a retainer will be collected in order to begin the custom design process.

3. Information Gathering

On Site – Scheduled Appointment

The WSG team will review the space and take photos and measurements as needed. Design ideas and style preferences will be reviewed. Products, materials and concepts will be discussed.

4. Design and Selections

Scheduled Appointment

The WSG Designer will develop floor plans, elevations, and perspectives as needed. The client will meet with the designer to refine cabinets, countertops, hardware, fixtures, and accessory selections.

5. Design Presentation and Sign Off

Scheduled Appointment *All decision makers must be present

Once all details are in place we will schedule a design presentation. You will have the opportunity to review each carefully made selection for your space. The goal is to review the final design that is esthetically pleasing and truly functional. All decision makers must be present at this meeting to ensure everyone’s ideas, questions and needs are addressed. All documents will be signed along with all materials being paid in full to secure an approximate start date and placement on our project calendar. At this point the designer will hand off your project details to our project manager who will be in contact with you throughout the process of your project.

6. Introduction to the Installation Team

WSG Kitchen & Bath will welcome you with a phone call from our project manager. Our project manager will be the point of contact for your start date and all of the steps to the completion of your project. They will be in communication with you and any other trades that may be involved in your project. We do have other members of our team that may be in contact with you as well to ensure communication and scheduling of your project.

7. Project Completion / Final Walk Through

Scheduled Appointment

Once your project is nearing completion, the project manager will schedule a final walk through. All decision makers/homeowners must be present for this appointment in your home. A final walkthrough is typically scheduled during the hours of 9-5, M-F. Final payment will be due at this time.

Now you can enjoy your newly remodeled space! We may be in contact to schedule a photographer to come out as well.
